Heather passed away peacefully
on Friday, January 22, 2010.
Friends and colleagues are
warmly invited to join the family
for a celebration of Heather's
extraordinary life, to be held
at the Northern Suburbs
Crematorium, Delhi Road,
North Ryde, in the North
Chapel, on Friday, February 5,
2010 commencing at 3.15 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may

Heather's memory.
