Late of Roseville.

Aged 71 years.

Dearly loved husband of Jo.
Much loved father of Kate and Antony. Adored "Amigo" to
Arieal and Innes. Loved brother to Helen and Derek.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a funeral
service for RICHARD to be held in the Camellia Chapel,
Macquarie Park Crematorium on Wednesday (December 9,
2009) at 1.30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations

may be made to the Mc Grath Foundation, ph: 02 8962 6100.
