Passed away unexpectedly at RPA Hospital. Loving mother to
David, Helen and Lee and mother-in-law of Michelle, Paul
and Tim. Devoted grandmother to Jacob, Josh, Jarred, Philippa,
Willem, Alex and Angus.

Please join us for a celebration
of HELEN'S life at a Requiem Mass which will be held at St.
Columbas's Catholic Church, 215 Elswick Street, Leichhardt,
on Wednesday (February 10, 2010), commencing 10.30 a.m.

On conclusion of Mass, you are invited to attend a final blessing
at the Palm Chapel, Macquarie Park Crematorium, Plassey
Road, North Ryde.
In lieu of flowers, donations to
the N.S.W. Breast Cancer Institute would be appreciated.

Envelopes will be provided at the church.
