Died peacefully at Clare Holland House, Canberra.
Much loved wife of John, loved mother of Julie, Johanne and
Jack.
You will always be in our hearts
A memorial service to celebrate JULIE'S life will be held in
Functions at Federation Square (Gold Creek), O'Hanlon Place,
Nicholls ACT, on Saturday (December 19, 2009)
commencing at 11 a.m.
Private cremation.
No flowers by request, remember Julie with a donation
to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Reply Paid 183,
St Leonards, NSW 1590.
