About

diane ruth cook

diane loved going on long walks, especially at her beloved caravan at Kioloa, still rode a boogie board in her 70's,could still beat me at tennis, great gardener, fossil hunter, hated spending money, loved nature, indigenous culture art, history and travelled everywhere with enthusiasm and tolerance, was a fantastic teacher, loved reading everything from trash to tolstoy, hooked on crap soapies (especially bold and the beautiful), was equally at home looking a million dollars at the opera house bar at a symphony concert or cooking a damper on a fire in the outback. she was a  beautiful woman with amazing athletic ability, highly intelligent and had the BEST sense of humour-these wonderful qualities endure on in her grandchildren
