father of 8.

Aged 94 years

The family and friends of SAM are warmly invited to attend a
Celebration of his Life in the South Chapel of Rookwood
Crematorium, Memorial Ave., Rookwood, on Friday (February
26, 2010) commencing at 10.30 a.m. In lieu of flowers a donation
to the Haematology Unit, Concord Hospital, in honour of
Sam would be appreciated.
