and Jason and their families.
Aged 55 years.
Always loved and never
forgotten by his family
and friends.
Family and friends are invited to
attend the funeral service for
JOHN to be held at St Mary's
Anglican Church, corner of
Guildford Road, Bolton Street,
Guildford on Friday (January
15, 2010), at 10 a.m. At the
conclusion of the service,
refreshments will be provided at
the church hall. Following
refreshments, the cortege will
proceed to Leura Memorial
Gardens Crematorium,
Kitchener Road, Leura.
In lieu of flowers, a donation
to the Millennium Foundation
would be appreciated.
