FREEMAN, Hannah Lauren.
Born December 3, 1992. Loved
and loving daughter of Kim and Rose, loved and loving sister to
Tobias. Died suddenly on January 2, 2010. Beloved
grand-daughter to Tomasso (deceased) and Elisabetta
(deceased), Roy (deceased) and Paula, niece and cousin to many
in our large extended family. Will be sadly missed by so many
friends and family. Hannah has been taken into God's care and
will forever be in our hearts.

No Lutto

A Mass to Celebrate the Life of HANNAH will be held at the
Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Richard Porter Way, Pymble,
tomorrow (Friday, January 15, 2010) commencing 10.30 a.m.

At the conclusion of the Mass, the cortege will proceed to

the Family Crypt, Frenchs Forest Bushland Cemetery,
Hakea Avenue, Davidson, where HANNAH will be laid to rest.

i cant remember much because we didnt speak for about a year but it was almost like we were best mates.. we were.. i was always jealous because of you and kate were so close.. but the thing is i ALWAYS loved you.. i miss you so much.. i dont even know if any of this will make sence but to me it does... i cannot go a day without thinking about you.. best friends forever? please...
