Hunters Hill, aged 96 years.
Fr Harcombe was 70 years
a Marist Priest.
Loved son of James and Hannah
(both deceased). Brother of
John, Mary (Sister Mary Francis
RSM), Clare Walters, Louise
(Sister Mary Christina RSM),
Father Albert SM and Vera (all
deceased). Beloved uncle of
Father John Harcombe
(deceased) and Mary Mansour.
A man of deep faith, Jim was the
first Australian-born Provincial
of the Marist Fathers. For much
of his life he worked giving
Parish Missions all over
Australia.
May he rest in peace.
Concelebrated Mass of
Christian Burial for the repose
of the soul of REVEREND
FATHER JAMES ALBERT
HARCOMBE SM will be
offered at Holy Name of Mary
Church, Villa Maria, Mary
Street, Hunters Hill, on Tuesday
(December 22, 2009),
commencing at 1.30 p.m.
The funeral will leave the church
at the conclusion of the Mass for
Macquarie Park Cemetery,
corner of Delhi and Plassey
Roads, Macquarie Park.
