LAYTON, Chad Garth.
"The Bravest boy in the world"
Passed away in the loving arms of his Mum and Dad on
December 8, 2009, after his
3 year battle with
Neuroblastoma. Adored son of Adam and Julie. Loving big
brother to Bree and Milly. Cherished grandson, nephew,
cousin and friend.
Aged 5 years.
"You are an inspiration,
You will never be forgotten."
Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and Palliative Team at
the Children's Hospital, Westmead for caring for Chad.
Adam and Julie warmly invite family and friends to attend
CHAD's Funeral Service to be held in The Magnolia Chapel,
Macquarie Park Crematorium, corner Plassey and Delhi Roads,
Macquarie Park on Saturday (December 12, 2009) at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Cure Our Kids would be
appreciated. (Envelopes will be available on the day of the
service.)
