grandfather of 3 beautiful boys.
Best friend of Claire.
MIKE'S family and friends are
warmly invited to attend a
Celebration of his Life to be held
in the Camellia Chapel,
Macquarie Park Crematorium,
corner Plassey and Delhi Roads,
Macquarie Park, on Friday
(August 6, 2010) at 12.30 p.m.
A private family burial will
follow the service.
Mike's wish was for everyone
to wear bright colours.
A special thanks to Dr. Hans
Blom and Dr. Peter Moore for
being our angels.
