Passed away peacefully
after a short illness
November 28, 2009.
Daughter of Ernest and Catherine Jacombs (both
deceased). Sister to Henry (Jake) and Ken (both deceased),
sister-in-law to Joy and
Eileen. Aunt, great-aunt and
great-great-aunt to her nephews and nieces.
Soldier of the Queen.
Relatives and friends of PAT are
warmly invited to attend her funeral service to be held in
the North Chapel, Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Delhi
Road, North Ryde, on
Monday (December 7, 2009),
commencing at 11.15 a.m.
By request, no flowers.
