be held at St James' Church,
Ivanhoe, Victoria, on Tuesday
(January 12, 2010) at 1.30 p.m.,
followed by interment at Eltham
Cemetery at 2.45 p.m.
A Memorial Service will be held
in Sydney at All Saints' Air
Force Memorial Church, Moore
Avenue, West Lindfield on
Thursday (January 21, 2010)
commencing at 1 p.m.
