Late of Berkeley Vale.

Beloved mother and grandmother of Kenneth,
Lyndal, Robin and their families. Wife of Alfred Tasman
(deceased). Sister of Jocelyn, Audrey, Jeff (deceased) and
Dick (deceased) and their respective families.

By request, no flowers, in lieu donations can be made at The
service to the Fred Hollows Foundation.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend JEAN'S
Funeral Service, on Monday (January 11, 2010),
commencing at 12 noon in the Rose Chapel, Palmdale Lawn
Cemetery and Memorial Park, Palmdale Road, Palmdale.
