After a long illness, passed
away February 9, 2010. Beloved
husband of Phyllis (deceased),
much loved father of Judith and
Michael, cherished grandfather
of Shane and Benjamin,
great-grandfather of Bailey,
fond friend of Carmel. Will be
sadly missed by all his family
and friends.
Aged 91 years.
Fondly remembered.
The relatives and friends of
JACK are kindly invited to
attend his Funeral Service to be
held within St. Joseph's College,
corner of Ryde Road and Mark
Street, Hunters Hill, Tuesday
(February 16, 2010)
commencing at 10.30 a.m. On
conclusion of the service, a
private cremation will be held.
